Yes, utilities such as electric, water, and gas are included in the rent. The heating and cooling of the apartment is also included.

Basic Cable television is included in the rent for all furnished apartments.

Wireless Internet access is included in the rent for the apartments located in the North and the South buildings. In the near future, there may be wireless Internet access available in the East and the West buildings.

Typically, apartments do not come with parking. However, you can rent parking space separately. The parking spaces are available indoor as well as outdoor. The parking fee is separate from the rent. The indoor parking fee is $120 and outdoor parking fee is $110.

There is no washer/dryer in the apartment, however there are several washers/dryers in the building that you can use. Each cycle of either the washer or the dryer costs $1.50. You can use coins or debit or credit card to use the washers/dryers in the building.

You can rent furnished apartments for a minimum of 3 months period. And unfurnished apartments can be rented for a minimum of 1 year.
