NOVA Rental has over 20 years of property management experience and currently manages over 30 residential rental properties in the Northern Virginia area. We provide high quality and professional property management services for a reasonable fee.

Our Services include:

♦ Advertise property availability and show property to prospective tenants
♦ Negotiate and draft lease agreement for tenancy
♦ Manage and organize tenant move-in and move-out and conduct tenant orientation
♦ Ensure timely payment of rental fees
♦ If requested, collect rent checks from the tenants and deliver them to the landlord
♦ Communicate with tenant on landlord’s behalf and as landlord’s representative
♦ Respond to tenant inquiries and requests regarding the tenancy and the property
♦ Respond to property maintenance requests and emergency assistance for the property
♦ Work with building management and maintenance crew to ensure proper maintenance
